We will work with you to capture your wedding and reception ideas and vision. A list with times for each wedding & reception detail will be created, edited, and re-edited until the final wedding plan is developed.

When you decide Simple Pleasures (SP) works for you, we will prepare a planning page. This page is a snapshot to capture your preferences, price, and all details such as arrival time, serving time, end times, food choices, and the number of guests. For most weddings, The block of time included in each SP package is enough to set up, break down, and celebration activities.
The first edition of your planning page will contain estimates: For example; the number of guests may be unknown until planning evolves. Each time information is added or changed SP will revise and e-mail a new planning page to you.
Good planning will usually avoid extra time charges. If you have more than the traditional first dance, and two-parent dances, complex decor, or special food or vendors, you will want to factor in more time. Extra and overtime hours are 150.00 per hour. SP will help with planning
After you decide to use SP you make a hold-the-date deposit. If circumstances change your planned date, you can, within a year of your date, move your event to another SP open date… A revised planning page will be e-mailed to document your deposit and be your receipt
The remaining balances are due two weeks before your event date. Unplanned overtime hours are the due day of your event
Simple Pleasures is not a restaurant. It is a total experience of food, landscaping, architecture, collections of historic pop culture artifacts. These and other Simple Pleasures features combine to make a celebratory ambiance for your event. Gratuity is optional, based on your discretion.
For your convenience, we show a 10% gratuity on the planning page. The gratuity is distributed to seen and unseen people who make Simple Pleasures memorable for you and your guests: Landscapers, maintenance people, cooks, & cleaning crew, are inspired when they receive their share of your gratuity.
In most cases, our prices are lower with more services than other venues, even when you choose to pay gratuity.
